Can I Unlock My Locked Points?

Once points are locked, they remain locked until the final hour which is when they enter the relocking state (RS). After this period, you can choose to relock or let the lock expire. As of now, your points are centralized and can't be withdrawn as the motive is to keep them locked without having the need to withdraw. Eventually they will be self custody points that you can withdraw for future token uses.
